A notable allocation is the provision of a Cedi equivalent of US$279 million as a revolving fund for the Ghana Gold Board (GOLDBOD). This fund is intended to enable GOLDBOD to purchase and export at least three tonnes of gold per week from small-scale miners. The initiative aims to formalize and regulate small-scale mining activities, ensuring fair pricing and contributing to the nation's gold export revenues.

In a bid to enhance digital skills and IT training, the government has allocated GH¢100 million (approximately US$6.5 million) to the National Coders Programme. This initiative seeks to equip individuals with the necessary skills to thrive in the digital economy, fostering job creation and positioning Ghana as a hub for technological innovation.
