Accra, Ghana –
The youth wing of Team Ken, a political support group backing New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer hopeful Kennedy Agyapong, paid a special Father’s Day visit to Apostle Dr. Isaac Owusu Bempah, the General Overseer of Glorious Word Power Ministries International.
Led by their executives, the delegation presented tokens of appreciation and offered prayers in celebration of the Apostle’s unwavering spiritual leadership and longstanding influence in national matters.
“We consider Apostle Owusu Bempah not just a spiritual father, but a voice of divine direction for the youth and for the future of Ghana,” one youth representative said.
The Apostle, in turn, expressed gratitude for the gesture and urged the youth to remain committed to righteousness, discipline, and peace—especially as the nation heads toward the 2024 elections.
He also prayed for divine wisdom for Kennedy Agyapong and other national leaders, emphasizing that Ghana’s prosperity must rest on Godly principles and unity.
The visit has drawn attention online, with supporters of Team Ken highlighting the importance of connecting politics with spiritual mentorship. Analysts say the move reflects a broader strategy by Team Ken to rally grassroots support across religious and community lines.
As Father’s Day celebrations continue nationwide, this symbolic act by the youth wing underscores the increasing intersection of faith, youth mobilization, and political messaging in Ghana’s evolving political landscape.
