We’ve Received Apologies on Behalf of DJ Lord But… – Burniton Music Group Responds
Deputy CEO of the National Youth Authority, Akosua Manu, has challenged Felix Kwakye Ofosu over inconsistencies regarding an AirMed flight allegedly linked to the Vice President's travel, sparking new debate around transparency in political discourse.

A fresh political debate has erupted following a public challenge by Akosua Manu, the Deputy CEO of the National Youth Authority, directed at former Deputy Information Minister Felix Kwakye Ofosu. The issue centers on an alleged discrepancy in a flight number attributed to an AirMed aircraft supposedly used by Vice President Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang.
In a post that has since garnered attention on social media, Akosua Manu questioned the authenticity of details presented by Kwakye Ofosu, describing his claims as misleading. According to her, the flight number he referenced does not align with AirMed Ghana’s known operational registry or scheduling.
“Public figures must be held accountable for the information they put out. Fabricating or misrepresenting facts about state officials and logistics only weakens our democratic dialogue,” Manu stated.
Felix Kwakye Ofosu has not officially responded to the challenge. However, the issue has reignited partisan debate, with some calling for transparency on both sides while others demand clarification from aviation authorities to dispel the confusion.
Conclusion:
As political scrutiny intensifies in the run-up to the 2024 elections, incidents like these highlight the growing need for fact-checking and accountability in public communication. Whether this dispute will lead to official clarifications remains to be seen, but it underscores the tensions underlying Ghana’s current political climate.
